Choose from a selection of architect-designed modular-ready ADUs and multiplexes tailored to your site. All designs come with permit submission drawings ready for a swift turnaround at project commencement.
Price
It’s easy to request for cost estimates from verified modular manufacturers. Submit basic site information and preferred finishes through btwn. Modular manufacturers will provide estimates within 2 days for direct comparison.
Build
Upon selecting your desired manufacturer, btwn will prepare a contract and serve as the construction manager for you. The permit application process will commence within one week*, with all management tasks undertaken by our btwn team. Simply sit back, relax, and witness your project materialize before your eyes.
